Full delivery terms

Couriers and delivery prices (items 1–4)
  1. Deliveries are made only within the geographical territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  2. Delivery is made by a courier company with which the MERCHANT has a contractual relationship, or by the MERCHANT’s own transport. If the USER chooses a courier company with which the MERCHANT has no contractual relationship, the published terms for delivery and complaints do not apply.
  3. Delivery to a BOX NOW locker is free for orders worth more than €10. For delivery with Econt or Speedy, the delivery price is paid by the USER. It is calculated automatically during the order process and is included in the order total.
  4. Orders are delivered by the courier companies BOX NOW, Econt Express or Speedy, as chosen by the USER.
Delivery times and delays (items 5–8)
  1. Goods ordered through the ONLINE STORE www.mjdance.bg are delivered by a courier or by an employee of the MERCHANT within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the availability of the product ordered.
  2. These times apply subject to the published schedules for remote settlements and to the public holidays on which courier companies do not deliver.
  3. In the event of a delay in delivery, the MERCHANT must notify the USER, whatever the reasons for the delay.
  4. The MERCHANT is not liable for delays caused by the actions of a courier or courier company.
Receiving and inspecting the parcel (items 9–11)
  1. The USER/RECIPIENT has the right to inspect the parcel before accepting, paying and signing for it, unless delivery is to a locker or self-service station. The goods are handed over to the USER/RECIPIENT against a signature certifying that the MERCHANT has fulfilled the order.
  2. Where the goods are insured during transport by the courier, the USER/RECIPIENT must inspect the delivered goods for transport damage or other damage and, if there is any, raise a claim in the presence of the courier or the person delivering the parcel. The USER/RECIPIENT has the right to refuse the parcel on finding transport damage or other damage only at the moment of receipt/handover and before signing the accompanying document(s).
  3. By signing the handover document, the USER authorises the courier to hand over to the MERCHANT on the USER’s behalf the total amount of the invoice for the goods delivered, where “cash on delivery” has been chosen as the payment method.
If you are not at the address or refuse the parcel (items 12–14)
  1. If the USER cannot be found at the delivery address given, through no fault of the MERCHANT, the person making the delivery leaves a note with a contact telephone number, which the recipient should call within 24 hours to arrange a second delivery attempt.
  2. If the USER does not make contact to arrange delivery, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated and the MERCHANT is released from the obligation to deliver the order.
  3. If the USER refuses to accept the goods ordered, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated and the person making the delivery returns them to the MERCHANT.
Passing of risk (item 15)
  1. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes from the MERCHANT to the USER/RECIPIENT at the moment when the USER/RECIPIENT, or a person indicated by them other than the carrier, accepts the goods.
