1.1 Cash on delivery for parcels sent with BOX NOW is paid by electronic means only. During delivery, or once the parcel is in the locker, the USER receives a link on their phone through which they make the payment. They then receive the code that opens the BOX NOW locker.

1.2 Cash on delivery for parcels sent with Econt or Speedy is paid in cash or by card when the parcel is received. If the parcel is accepted by a third party, the courier’s employee contacts the recipient by telephone to confirm that the third party is authorised to receive and pay for the parcel.

For bank transfers, the price of the goods and the delivery costs are paid in advance by the USER, or by a third party on the USER’s behalf, to the MERCHANT’s bank account: MJ Trading Ltd., IBAN: BG43 CECB 9790 10I0 7699 00, BIC: CECBBGSF, Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) AD. The order number or the pro forma invoice number is given as the payment reference. Before paying, please wait for an operator to confirm your order. Orders are fulfilled once the transfer has been received in the MERCHANT’s account.

For online payment by debit or credit card, the price of the goods and the delivery costs are paid when the order is completed, through WooPayments by Stripe. Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic and Maestro cards are accepted, as are payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay. The maximum amount for a single transaction is EUR 5,000. Payments are made in euro (EUR), as are all prices on the site. If the cardholder’s account is not in euro, the amount of the payment is calculated at that day’s exchange rate of the organisation that issued the card. Payment by card is also possible on receipt of the parcel, in accordance with item 1.2.
