Returns and exchanges

If something does not fit well, you have 15 days to return it or exchange it for another size.

This English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

How to return an order

  1. Write to usWithin 15 days, send us an email or the completed form below, with an IBAN for the refund.

Size exchange

Tell us which size you need and we will check whether we have it. You send us the item and we send you the new size. Shipping in both directions is split equally – 50/50.

The courier is your choice, and the return costs are at your expense.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, tights and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been unpacked.

On delivery, inspect the parcel in front of the courier. If anything is damaged or missing, refuse it on the spot and write to us.

Full terms for returns and complaints

Inspection and complaints on delivery (items 1–3)
  1. On receiving the goods, the USER/RECIPIENT must inspect them immediately and, on finding visible defects such as damaged packaging, cosmetic transport defects, missing accessories or the absence of any of the accompanying documents required by Bulgarian law, immediately inform the person making the delivery.
  2. Where defects or missing items are found in the presence of the courier or the person making the delivery, a report of findings is drawn up and the USER/RECIPIENT refuses to accept the parcel. The USER sends photographs of the defects in the goods and of the transport packaging from all sides to mjdancestore@gmail.com or through the contact form, and submits a complaint in writing.
  3. If the USER has, of their own accord, chosen a courier company with which the MERCHANT has no contractual relationship to deliver their order, or has engaged such a company to return the goods to the MERCHANT, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods is borne entirely by the USER in accordance with Article 103(2) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The USER addresses any claims to the carrier they have chosen.
Right of withdrawal and refund (items 4–7)
  1. A USER who is a consumer within the meaning of the CPA has the right, under Article 50 of the CPA, to withdraw from the distance contract concluded, without owing any penalty or compensation and without giving a reason, within 15 days of the date of receipt of the goods.
  2. The USER informs the MERCHANT in writing of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract before the 15-day period under item 4 expires, and the MERCHANT immediately sends the USER confirmation that the withdrawal request has been received.
  3. The USER returns the goods to the MERCHANT no later than 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal and pays the transport costs of returning them, in accordance with Article 55(2) of the CPA. The goods are sent to: 18 Panagyurishte St., Varna, Bulgaria, with a courier chosen by the USER.
  4. The MERCHANT refunds the amount received from the USER, including the delivery costs, within 14 days of the date of notification of withdrawal. The refund is made only by bank transfer to a bank account (IBAN) given by the USER in the withdrawal request. By giving the account, the USER expressly agrees to the amount being refunded in this way, which involves no cost to the USER. The MERCHANT may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back.
Costs, exceptions and size exchanges (items 8–11)
  1. The MERCHANT does not refund delivery costs if the USER has voluntarily chosen a carrier other than those offered by the MERCHANT with which the MERCHANT has a contractual relationship.
  2. In the cases under items 1 and 2, and where the goods are damaged or lost, the MERCHANT does not refund the amount paid for the goods or the related costs.
  3. Under Article 57(5) of the CPA, tights and underwear that have been unpacked after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
  4. Within the period under item 4, the USER may request that the goods purchased be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. For an exchange, the transport costs in both directions are shared equally by the MERCHANT and the USER (50/50).
